At the conclusion of The Mark of Athena, Annabeth and Percy tumble into a pit leading straight to the Underworld. The other five demigods have to put aside their grief and follow Percy’s instructions to find the mortal side of the Doors of Death. Baron Humbert von Gikkingen from The Cat Returns. Every time I watch The Cat Returns I swoon and flail helplessly. I might have a little bit of a crush on the Baron. Just a little bit. Being serious though he is such a gentleman and, as Haru puts it, ‘so cool’. How can one not adore him? Attracted to a fictional cat…. that’s a whole new level. Congrats to me.
